Career opportunities

Alsace Tech member schools set out to give their students a thorough grounding in their respective subjects to allow them to take up positions of responsibility in engineering as well as in management and finance. Graduates from the schools are highly sought after and on average are recruited within three months of completing their courses.

Engineering

The job of an engineer involves finding ongoing solutions to sometimes highly complex problems relating to the design, development and implementation of products, systems and services, within a competitive environment. His or her job also frequently extends to financial and marketing responsibilities. An engineer must therefore possess a vast panoply of technical, economic, social and human skills backed by a comprehensive scientific culture.

Engineers work in industry, in construction and public works, agriculture and services, and their responsibilities call on human, technical and financial resources, often in an international context.
