Accomodation
All the member schools of Alsace Tech offer new students help in finding accommodation. While the Crous (see below) is the main accommodation help-centre, students very often find accommodation through ads placed by other students.

CROUS (Centre Régional des Œuvres Universitaires et Scolaires de Strasbourg) has rooms and studios in university residencies, and a number of 2-room appartments for couples.
Unfortunately, CROUS does not have enough accommodation to meet the demands of all the French and foreign students and priority is given to certain categories:
- students with bursaries awarded by the French government or another, under the CNOUS or Egide organizations
- students coming to the university within the frame of European mobility or other inter-university agreements
For all the other students, a scale (which is liable to change from one period to another) gives priority to students who are not behind in their studies or who have bursaries from their government. These students cannot, however, be guaranteed accommodation, especially in the event of late arrival.
